We ship worldwide, however if you’re unable to see your country in the drop down list please contact us with your address and we’ll check the availability.
UK orders usually take around 1 –2 business days.
Once your package has left our distribution centre you will receive an e-mail including your tracking information.
All our watches come in a signature Vazon presentation box along with your owner's manual and paperwork.
Send us an email at support@vazonwatches.com and we will be happy to help. You are eligible for a full refund if your unused product is returned within 30 days in its original packaging with its original tags/documents. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.
Yes we can exchange your Vazon watch for free. Get in touch at support@vazonwatches.com and we can arrange this. Your Vazon watch must be in unused/pristine condition and returned within 30 days.
We usually process refunds within the same week that we receive your Vazon watch.
Get in touch at support@vazonwatches.com. It's helpful to see a picture or two of the defect so we can best assist you. Please do not return your product without contacting us first.
